INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS
Dallas Fort Worth Chapter

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 17th

  Management Consultants Forum Announcement

SPECIAL PROGRAM

NATIONALLY
ACCLAIMED
SPEAKER

The evaluations say it all! 'Rebecca was terrific!' 'She's an all-time favorite!' 'Rebecca ROCKS!'"

–Amanda Beller, Public Relations Society of America

Rebecca Ryan, "Upstarts & Stuffed Shirts – What’s with Generation X?"

Like it or not Greatest Generation, ye of World War II heroics, and Baby Boomers, ye of mindless conspicuous consumption, Gen X, is becoming the fuel that feeds America’s increasingly service-driven economy -- where growth is actually occurring!

Rebecca Ryan will present an exciting and incisive look at Generation X.  Her enthusiastic presentation always draws rave reviews and Rebecca was a hit at last year's National Conference. Her presentation is dynamic. Her observations are insightful and she will not only entertain, but also help you better understand what motivates and drives the Gen-X individual--how to reach this segment, what messages cut through, how to retain them, what drives their loyalty, etc.

Ryan is a nationally known expert on the needs of the Generation X workforce. The needs? It’s more than just raises and benefits. “That certainly is the common perception, and in a lot of cases it’s wrong,” Ryan said in a phone interview.

She’s a dynamic speaker – Don’t miss this one!

Rebecca Ryan - Founder, Next Generation Consulting, a firm specializing in strategies to attract and keep young talent.
