Gain follow-on engagements

When you are busy doing client engagements, your marketing efforts lapse. When you complete the engagements, your income dries up and you jump-start your marketing efforts. It is the familiar "feast or famine" dilemma that plagues most independent consultants.

Dick Morgan CMC

Dick will moderate our exciting and educational interactive idea exchange in March. Everyone attending can be part of the program! It is a novel approach that promises to be both profitable and entertaining.

Dick founded Morgan Marketing Solutions, Inc. in early 1989 to help leaders become better marketers using a holistic business approach. His practice centers on business-to-business clients in a wide variety of industries. Clients include manufacturers, distributors, and commercial service providers.

Recently, he founded the NTX Private Business League as a division of his consulting firm. Dick, along with a select group of other professional service affiliates provide peace of mind to private business owners in North Texas. The League's business owner members gain access to a wide range of service when and if they need them. Members also learn from their peers as they resolve both business and personal issues.

Dick has been an active member of IMC for more than 15 years. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Dick served as vice chairman on IMC's national board of directors and currently chairs IMC USA's Professional Resource Evaluation Committee. He also served a lengthy term as the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter's president from 1995-1997 and currently chairs the chapter's Marketing and PR committee.

Dick graduated with honors in business from California State Polytechnic University. He also holds an AA in engineering from Fullerton College. In addition to his 18 years of consulting experience, he spent 26 years in corporate marketing, sales, and general management.
