What's Keeping Investors & CEOs Awake at Night ?
A panel of private equity experts
review their issues and concerns
Business owners and CEOs quickly learn that
they must operate under a different set of circumstances when the
company acquires private equity funds to help fuel growth.
Private equity flows from investors, many of whom provide money through
equity funds operated by professional money managers and investment or
merchant banks established specifically to match investors with
opportunities.
This month’s forum, led by our moderator, Dick Morgan, will focus on the
current concerns of both private equity fund managers and client company
executives. Attendees will hear perspectives from three experts,
including one who specializes in funding women-owned businesses. Our
panel will provide their views on the current trends as well as their
take on the future of private equity investment. Also, we will have some
time for your questions.
