Fred Drinkard is a Partner in the Consulting Group of Computer Sciences Corporation. He will explore some of the dimensions of this critical aspect of successful consulting using a framework of the normal (and sometimes abnormal) lifecycle of the consulting engagement.

Fred holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He is an accomplished systems architect specializing in computer hardware and specialized software design and development, process implementations, and business and R&D systems. Prior to rejoining CSC, he was a director and program manager at Cap Gemini America. He has consulted to a variety of clients and industries in technical and large-program management/ PMO roles..
