Dwight Riskey recently retired after 25
years at PepsiCo. During his tenure at PepsiCo, Dwight was Chief
Marketing Officer for three divisions, PepsiCo Restaurants International
(KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell), Frito-Lay International, and most recently
Frito-Lay North America. Dr. Riskey next led New Products Development consisting of Marketing Information, New Products, and Focus Brand Marketing. During his tenure as head of innovation, Dwight and his team launched SunChips, perhaps Frito-Lay's greatest new brand success. Prior to PepsiCo, he was Research Scientist with General Foods. Dr. Riskey attended the University of
California, Los Angeles, where he received Bachelor's, Master's, and
Doctorate degrees. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Monell
Chemical Senses Center and taught at several colleges and universities.
