Building a
Network of Referral An IMC 'classic' since its first presentation to the 1998 National Meeting, this talk explains why and how effective professional services marketing is different than you think it is—and what to do about it. You will learn:
Dick Tozer’s ideas will interest all consultants, from beginners to busy, successful individuals with growing practices. He will incorporate his latest thoughts about how to generate referrals in the internet age, and will wrap up with his “Universal Sales GeneratorSM," a process for moving you from where you are to more business than you can handle in 90-120 days. Special note: We have been asked to repeat this topic more often than any other in the history of our chapter. "Get smart, get known, and get business!" Network, enjoy the informal interchange with professional colleagues, and come prepared to challenge the speaker with your probing questions.
Please note the new venue for our
Management Consultant's Forum. We are now meeting at the Doubletree
Hotel - *** ONE EVENING ONLY! ***
Don't miss IMC D/FW's next Forum! There will be plenty of time for
networking with colleagues before the interactive program while you
enjoy a light buffet and your choice of beverage. register on-line today - Click Here |

Richard F. Tozer, an independent consultant to business management, focuses primarily on those crucial decisions that can make or break the growth of a business or corporation . . . examining the merits of an acquisition . . . formulating the strategy for entering a market or expanding in it . . . evaluating the success of a new product or service . . .weighing the merits of alternative methods of financing . . . helping to establish a sound organizational structure for continuing growth. Often, the pressures of today’s changing economy make it profitable for corporate executives to tap the skills of an objective problem-solver. In these situations, Dick Tozer acts as a practical corporate internist. His involvement, diagnosis, and counsel flow directly from the decisions facing the specific business served. In addition to his experience as a member of management of a New York Stock Exchange listed corporation, Tozer is a Lecturer in the School of Management of The University of Texas at Dallas, where he developed and presents the Entrepreneurial Ventures course in the Executive MBA program, and has been an adjunct professor and frequent guest speaker in the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Tozer has completed numerous consulting assignments and several hundred successful financial and management training programs for such clients as the National Electrical Manufacturers Association, the Dallas Bar Association, the Texas Society of C.P.A.’s, the Dallas Society of Chartered Life Underwriters, Duty Free Shoppers Limited Partnership, Sabre Group, Ball Aerospace, the American Management Association and a host of emerging companies. Dick Tozer is a graduate of Case Institute of Technology, Cleveland, and of the doctoral program of the Harvard Business School. He is a professional member of the Institute of Management Consultants (board member of the Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter), and a member of the Dallas and National Associations for Business Economics. |
